Your labs came back normal. You did not.

You brought up the exhaustion, the weight that will not move, the periods that changed. You got fifteen minutes, a printout, and the word normal. Nothing looked wrong on paper, so nothing got treated.

‍Hormone symptoms need a provider with time to hear the whole history before deciding what to test.
Your first visit

Forty minutes, not fifteen

Billed to the insurance you already have. Most visits cost about $30.
If your provider recommends something your plan does not cover, you get the price before you decide.
  • 01
A full history, not a symptom checklist
Your provider asks what changed, when it started, and what you have already tried. The visit is built to have room for that.
  • 02
Labs chosen for what you described
Ordered against your actual symptoms, then walked through with you line by line, including the numbers that sit near the edge of normal.
  • 03
    A plan in plain language
What your provider recommends, what it is meant to change, how long it should take, and what it costs before you agree to it.
  • 04
Follow-up until you feel like yourself
Message your provider between visits. They recheck, adjust, and keep going. You see the same person every time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take my insurance?

Most major commercial plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each provider profile lists exactly what that practice accepts, and the front desk verifies your plan before your visit.

Will I actually get labs, or just be told I am fine?

Your provider orders labs based on the symptoms you describe and your history, then walks through the results with you line by line. If something is borderline, you hear that instead of it being rounded to normal.

Can a nurse practitioner prescribe hormone therapy?

Yes. Corner Health providers practice full scope with prescriptive authority, and they treat hormone concerns as part of ongoing primary care rather than a one-off service. Credentials and years in practice are on every profile.

What if my labs come back in range?

In range is not the end of the conversation. Your provider looks at the pattern, your history, and how you actually feel, then builds a plan and rechecks. You are not sent home with a printout.

How fast can I be seen?

Many practices have same-day or next-day openings, including evenings and Saturdays. The times you see on this page are real openings on the schedule.

Where are your practices?

Across the Phoenix and Tucson metros today, with more Arizona areas being added. Enter your ZIP and you will see the practices within driving distance of you.

Do I have to switch my primary care?

Only if you want to. Plenty of patients come in for a hormone concern and stay because the same provider handles the rest of their care. That choice is yours.
